KLOW Protocol
Blended multi-peptide skin-and-repair product (commonly GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and Kisspeptin); exact composition varies by batch.
- Cycle
- 8–12 weeks
Niveau de preuve : Investigationnel / théorique
Principalement des données précliniques ou des données humaines très limitées — un raisonnement fondé sur le mécanisme plutôt qu’un effet clinique démontré. À considérer comme investigationnel.
Preuves humaines : No trials exist for the "KLOW" blend itself.
Preuves animales : None specific to the blend — see individual components.
Introduction et mécanisme d'action
Blended multi-peptide skin-and-repair product (commonly GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and Kisspeptin); exact composition varies by batch.
Combination product spanning matrix remodeling (GHK-Cu), tissue-repair signaling (BPC-157, TB-500) and reproductive-hormone signaling (Kisspeptin) — four distinct mechanisms in one product.
Récepteurs/cibles : Varies by component — see individual GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and Kisspeptin entries

Escalade et entretien : A dedicated weekly escalation and maintenance schedule specific to this peptide has not yet been published here — follow the dose range and frequency above, titrating conservatively from the low end, and consult a physician before adjusting.
Guide de dilution
Reconstitute with 2 mL bacteriostatic water
Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is the only recommended diluent. Do not dilute with sterile water, normal saline, lidocaine, or any other solution unless explicitly specified by the manufacturer.
Guide de manipulation
Pratique générale de manipulation en laboratoire, citée à titre de référence — non une instruction personnalisée. Tout usage humain doit suivre l'avis d'un médecin agréé.
Wash hands and clean the injection site with an alcohol swab. Pinch a fold of skin and insert the needle at a 45–90° angle for standard subcutaneous injection (abdomen, thigh, or upper arm). Inject slowly, withdraw, and apply gentle pressure. Rotate injection sites to reduce irritation, and dispose of needles in an approved sharps container.
Conservation
Store lyophilized (powder) vials in a freezer at -20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe recommended in your supplier documentation — typically 2–4 weeks.
Surveillance
Monitor for injection-site reactions and the side effects listed above. Stop use and consult a physician if severe or persistent reactions occur. This is a general monitoring guideline, not a personalized medical monitoring plan.
Effets secondaires
- Injection-site irritation — see individual component entries
Contre-indications
- Known copper-metabolism disorders
- Pregnancy
Interactions médicamenteuses
- Not characterized for the blend as a whole
Sécurité
- Batch-to-batch composition variability
- Combining four distinct mechanisms compounds the uncertainty of any single component's risk profile
This is a blended/branded product name rather than a single studied compound; evidence quality depends entirely on the specific formulation supplied.
Résultats attendus et comparaison
KLOW is the broadest blend in the catalog, combining GLOW's GHK-Cu base with the BPC-157/TB-500 combination and Kisspeptin. There is no combination-specific trial evidence — each component's individual research profile is the only evidence-based reference point.
