Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. By using the Regenexa Health website and services, operated by Regenexa FZ-LLC (United Arab Emirates), you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase research-use products in your jurisdiction to use this platform.

2. Nature of products

All products listed on Regenexa are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. See our Research Use Disclaimer and Medical Disclaimer for full detail. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. Guest checkout is available and does not require an account.

4. Orders and payment

Regenexa currently accepts manual payment methods only (bank transfer, PayPal manual transfer, Western Union, Wish Money). Orders are held as "Pending Payment Verification" until our team manually confirms your payment reference and receipt. We reserve the right to reject any payment that cannot be verified, and to cancel and refund the corresponding order.

5. Pricing

Regenexa does not display product prices on the website. Your order total is shown in USD, with an approximate AED conversion, when you proceed to payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

6. Regenexa AI

Regenexa AI is an autonomous software system, not a licensed physician. It generates research-pathway suggestions based on information you submit. See our AI Disclaimer for full detail.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regenexa Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or its products. Products are supplied "as is" for research use only.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
