Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026. This policy explains what information Regenexa Health, operated by Regenexa FZ-LLC (United Arab Emirates), collects, why, and how it is protected.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, order details, payment reference numbers and payment receipts you upload, account password (stored as a salted cryptographic hash, never in plain text), and any information you submit to the Regenexa AI Health Assessment (health goals, self-reported conditions, family history, medication flags, optional comments).

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address and browser type, for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to: create and manage your account; process and fulfil orders; manually verify payments; communicate order status by email; generate Regenexa AI research-use guidance; provide customer support; and maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform, under confidentiality obligations: our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, for hosting, database and file storage) and, where enabled, our transactional email provider (Resend). We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Payment information

Regenexa uses manual payment verification only. We never collect or store your bank card numbers, PayPal password, or other financial account credentials — you complete payment directly with your bank, PayPal, Western Union or Wish Money, and only send us a reference number and receipt image for verification.

5. Data retention

We retain order and account records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@regenexahealth.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
