1. Processing time
Orders begin processing only after our team manually verifies your payment reference and receipt. Once confirmed, orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

2. Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with appropriate cold-chain handling where the product requires it.
3. Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number is added to your order and, if you have an account, visible under Order History. You will also receive an email notification.
4. Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Regenexa is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for delivery.
5. International orders
For shipments outside your local market, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance requirements imposed by the destination country. Regenexa does not guarantee customs clearance and is not responsible for products held, taxed, or returned by customs authorities.
